Where services are
provided out-of-network, Quantum Care can help to contain runaway
costs. Quantum Care's contracts with facilities and networks across
the country enable it to achieve significant savings for insurers or
reinsurers. Quantum Care receives a portion of any savings obtained
to compensate it for its efforts, but charges no other fees for this
service.
